Low FODMAP recipes

If you are following a low FODMAP diet under the supervision of a healthcare professional, follow these tips:

  • some of our recipes use spring onions. Make sure you only use the green tops not the whites
  • some spice may be tolerated, but omit spices like chillies if you know them to be a trigger food
  • keep to the serving size and ingredient quantities we recommend
  • the foods you are unable to tolerate on a low FODMAP diet will be unique to you. Refer to your healthcare professional to ensure these recipes are appropriate for you.
